sits on the frame rail near the gas tank. It was replaced a month ago....I didn't notice and wet spots on the line |

Too bad, the 6 is an easy fix.
What happens if you just turn the key to run for a minute to prime the pump and lines, then turn it off and back on to crank with the starter? If that works, you have a fuel pressure issue, either in the pump regulator or on the return line regulator up top. If I had that trouble and it ran fine otherwise, I would likely just key it twice. not sure if this will help but my 90 yj was doing the same damn thing
and i found the problem to be with the choke not staying in the right position for starting.... or something like that, a buddy helped me with it and we adjusted it and ever since then one pump of the gas and turn the key and on my way..... |
