Hi Dan,
Sorry I can't tell you, after looking at your stock Carter:
http://www.carburetorfactory.com/expvw03.html Look for some screw adjust
that's with the chock pull off at number forty.
You don't want the Exhaust Gas Recycle working. Only the SMOG *****
want you to run that crap back through your engine.

You can't 'turn up' the choke. The guy that designed that fast timer
choke must have been the same sadist that designed the heater motor.
Both work great if you live at the equator or in the southern US that
never gets below 70 F. They do not function anywhere else.
I went with a manual choke. The stock one has a timer that opens
according to how long it has seen 12 volts, not on how hot or cold it
is.
If you don't need to pass emissions, then don't worry about the EGR.
I also highly recommend the Haynes Manual for the CJ's. It is excellent
and covers all the wiring and carb details exactly.
