7 slot grilles ...
Here's a Daewoo Korando from our dog-eating friends.
Spot what the marketting professionals call "styling cues" - the 7 slot
grille and the IFS.

Its also termed the "KJ" (yes really). There's one just up our street...

That's a joke right? Photoshop right?
That looks like a stylized Libby. What's with the German licence plate
though?

It looks like the bastard child of a Ram pickup and a Liberty. Daewoo
doesn't have a reputation for quality in the Colonies. I would advise you
to consider something else, Dave.

dont get the wrong idea dave. if you can get an 87-90 iroc with the tpi 350
then you have one hell of a building platform for one mean street rod. its
not that i dont like the iroc, im just not a big fan of the one you found.
the 85 carb'd versions just didnt deserve the z28 badging.

Re: 7 slot grilles ...
I agree - sounds like the 5.7l is the one to go for. Over here they are as
rare as hen's teeth, though. I might just save up a bit more and go for a
later model, or perhaps the Pontiac Transam to which the Camaro seems
suspiciously related .. or is it the other way round, who knows.

Re: 7 slot grilles ...
I ordered a 1987 GTA Trans Am new. It had the 5.7 L98 TPI Corvette motor
in it. You might try one of those. :)
