4' raised ...does this require 33 tyres and gearing change as a minimum ?

My TJ has a 4" lift and looks and performs awesome with 35" tires (3.73
gears). I lost 5th on the highway though. Off road in 4low there is
plenty of torque to do just about anything I have the guts to try.
