Your pitman arm is fine.
No transfer spacers are needed.
With any lift you will need to have the Jeep aligned after installation.
The tire size is fine.

I got the RE 2" lift and had to do a transfer case drop (big washers). I
have an automatic though.

Does anyone think I will have any rubbing problems front or rear with the
31x10.50x15 on the stock 7" echo wheels?
I will adjust steering stops
