Get a lawyer. Make sure you get yourself checked out - sometimes bodily
injuries don't show up immediately.

Re: 2 accidents in my TJ
I got rear-ended 2x in the span of 12 months in my 96XJ.
When the cop came she asked where the victims car was - I pointed to my
Jeep's slightly bent down bumper. My trailer hitch (ball not installed)
creamed the lexus es 300.
The 2nd one was a cheap ford escape. It had so much plastic that I couldn't
tell what was really screwed up.
Both times it bent my frame and amounted to about $5000 worth of damage. It
was interesting to note that the insurance company said if it was $8000 then
they would total my XJ.
The repair place fixed it great both times (2 different places). Even though
there was all that "damage" to my XJ it still drives GREAT (I drive about
90mph on the open highways) so if there was something misaligned then I'd
probably have found out.
Glad your TJ held up. I'd get it checked out really good.

On the other hand, depending in the state you live in, it's either a
good way (or a bad way) to meet 17 year old girls! ;-)
