You will rub, but it just depends on if you really like to flex or if you
just make lots of u turns. If you stay out of big obstacles, you should be
fine.

Stock 15x7 wheels with 5+" back spacing will fit 31x10.50 tires, but the
tires will rub the lower control arms when the wheel is turned full.
Correct this easily by letting out the steering stop bolts. Aftermarket
wheels with 4.75" back spacing will allow the full turning radius.
If you get rubbing on the upper wheel wells when driving uneven terrain,
correct it by extending bump stops as required.
