Bill Clinton was perhaps one of the top presidents in the history of the
nation. It took him just a few years to undo MUCH (but not al) of the great
damage that Ronnie R. did to the nation, its reputation, its financial
situation, its invironment, to name just a few. if you judge a person on

much.....
