Check the transmission Atf+4 fluid level WHEN HOT after driving for 30 minutes, on level surface with parking brake on and transmission in neutral. The level should be spot on not over or under.
What year model and mileage (km ) do you have on the KJ?
The transmission ATF+4 fluid should also have a service performed at dealer around 50,000km
A happy jeep has clean oils and filters.
