Default liberty 2002 electrical

Hello, just found this forum and hope that someone can help me.
I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty, the front interior lights will come on when driving or just sitting, just a quick off then on, sometimes a couple times in a row, then not again till maybe the next time driving it. Also, the odometer and radio lights will get bright then go back to normal also, but not the same time as the interior lights. Also, the plug for the cigarette lighter ( I have my gps plugged into it ) goes off the on ( the gps goes off then on ) every once in a while, again not the same time as the other problems.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking the switch for the interior and dimmer lights, but their is no effect on the dash lights, and the cigarette lighter is not on this switch, and everything happens not at once.

Thank you

In a lot of cases a battery that is near the end of its life will start to cause electrical gremlins. Check and clean the battery posts first to make sure it has a good connection and see if that helps..... do the simple things first.

Definately load test battry:
The turn signal and lights left side of wheel is called a "Multi function switch" and controls the brightness and dims odometer light etc, also turn on and off interior lights. It may be that and cheapest place to start. ( known to cause these problems)
Cig lighter going off now that is unique at the same time? Consult dealer.
Just hope it is not the BCM gone wild...
