Default Electric Radiator Fan

I sold my Cherokee and got an 03 Liberty. It would appear that my A/C fan doesn't kick in. While sitting at a light it seemed like my A/C wasn't as cold as it was before. I looked and discovered the electric fan is in front of the other one unlike my Cherokee where they were side by side. The fuse is good and the plug going into the hole in the shroud is connected. After I finished playing with it I noticed the CEL light was on. I hooked up my scanner and it said "Radiator fan control relay circuit" Where is this relay?

Any one had this problem before. TIA Shadrach

The black rectangular box under the hood. In front of the battery.
The Power Distribution Centre.

I checked there and found a 40 amp fuse for the A/C fan and it is good but if the relay is there what is it called as I didn't see anything obvious? Shadrach

You should be able to follow the wire for the fan back to the relay. Usually mounted on the passenger side of the engine compartment close to the rad.
