Same issue. I picked up some Rain X Latitude 16" blades. Night and day difference! I can actually see where Im going now!

I have a 2011 JK and 16" Canadian Tire Reflex wipers works perfectly, i have been using them for a week now.

I agree with you guys and your dollar store wiper blades, but I go even one better. Tires...
go to the dump and you'll have to look around for a while, but eventually you can find a nice newer set. Lol.
