Default Water leak in Jack location.

Hi all, I have 2014 Jeep JK 2 door, and the well where Jack is located keeps filling up with water, I thought it may be plug seal, so I replaced plug and silicon in, and that did not work. No idea where water is coming from but it rust out my jack to the point it doesn't work, Wonder is anyone had same problem and can offer some assistance. Thank you.

Std jack you will be throwing it out once you get into lifting ur Jeep as you will be in the market for a HIGH LIFT ($100)
To the water problem it could be coming from check drivers side or pass (not sure where the JK jack is placed) floor and
firewall, the drain from the vent outside below windshield may be plugged with debris
