My taillight is out and the indicator does not work. The affected side has the relay actutating double time. The bulb looks okay and the fuse is good.

Would this be the relay. Where is located? Already looked in the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment

Try a bulb first. Just swap em side to side to verify no bulb issues.

 

Sounds like bulb to me as well...

 

So did you replace a bulb or swap it to double check if things are working right?
