Synthetic oil

New to the forum...and JK's. Just got a 4 door 6 spd wrangler "Mountain" and am lovin it. Curious if anyone has tried fully synthetic oil and have pro's or con's.

Yup for while now, full synthetic in all, had no problem, keeps the engine cleaner but cost more!,

Full synthetic in my Jeep, cost may be a bit higher but it's offset by the extended drain intervals. In my case 12000km for synthetic compared to 5000km for conventional oil.

The cost benefit seems an easy choice. I've heard also about new filters that extend the life of full synthetic even further.

Welcome to the Forum.
I also run full synthetic oil.So far no cons to report,only good things(smoother idle,hasn't taken a drop since,good to up to 15,000 kms)
I use Amsoil,oil & filter.
