Default Steering issue help

I'm noticing that when I turn left and start to straighten out again I feel a slight jerks in the steering wheel. Anyone have any idea what it might be?

I'm just going to presume the fluid level is correct and that there are no leaks? Does this happen when u are moving or at a stand still? Does it also happen when u are turning from the right?

Fluid is correct, no leaks. Noticing it from both directions now. Going to have it looked at tomorrow. I'll let you know the verdict.
