Looks awesome! Do you have those on your Jeep?
But the biggest problem i think i am going to run into is cargo space. So i saw this really cool cargo tray you can put in and it essentially doubles your floor space. Reduces your ability to put tall items in, but it can be moved and removed easily. I have a ton of ideas for sure! Just Jeeps :: Cargo Carriers :: Bestop HighRock 4X4™ Lower... |

What do you think of lifting Jeeps? It looks cool but are there disadvantages then? I bought my Wrangler new but haven't done anything to it...but now want to start with new front bumper...then maybe lift. |

You're right about the cargo space - I don't have much at all.

I still have alot to learn as far as full suspension lifts, but if you want to do it right and be offroad badass. You will be looking at between $1000 - $2000 for a really good heavy duty lift with shock replacement. Downside to lifts (sometimes) your on road handling and comfort will be a little less, some really expensive kits claim to say they don't. Also raising up your ride to much will increase your center of gravity and increase your chances of tipping. 2.5" - 3" i don't think there will be to much to worry about. Google tires with 275 width tires, they look really sweet. Standard is 255, but i think wider tires will counter balance the lift in my opinion. |
