While doing a good cleaning and some tinkering on the JK I noticed a couple areas where the paint is IMO way too thin. - Around all door hinges
- The tailgate is pathetic on the outside around the vent and
on the inside of the tailgate underneath the top lip

Anyone else have an issue yet ?

you surely are not the only one, i dont own a jeep but paint fr a living and the robotic painter all the companies have suck ****, plain and simple!

 

All my paint is thin but I guess its because of years of abuse. I am so gental

when adding the pin striping on mine, I found the paint was plenty think....

 

Youre not the only one, the other day i was washing my jk and two of my door hinges, the paint just wiped off and unfortunatly i am just over the 3/60000km and them buggers at jeep are not willing to fix it. Even though the paint job was crap to start with.:shillacked:
