Hey guys I have a 2011 2door JK i purchased new just over 2 months ago. I noticed rattling coming from the rear suspension and when i checked it out i noticed that the lower bushing in the shock where it gets bolted to the axle? is missing therefor leaving the shock just rattling around on the bolt all the time. I contacted my dealer and they tell me it will be at least a month before they can get me a new shock. My question is should i accept this response or go back to the dealer and demand it be fixed immediatly? There is also the, is it unsafe to be driven like this as i do drive minimum 80kms a day for work.

I would get on them and if they won't fix it NOW, find another dealer that will... That shouldn't have passed their PDI in the first place.. Does that tell you something about that dealer.. What else did they miss.
