Default New member saying hello

Hey guys, just picked up a '11 Wrangler Mojave, new off the lot. Bought a week ago. Of course I had it covered in mud the first day!! I've spent an absurd amount of time and money modding my motorcycle, so what are the must have mods for the Jeep?

Cheers, Aaron.

Welcome eastcoastblur, I usually tell people to figure out what kind of offroading you like to do and then make recomendations from there. The best investment when starting out is to get a good set of tires and go from there. Even stock Jeeps are pretty amazing.

My first mods were lift , tires, farm jack, then off road lights cause I like to wheel at night

welcome. Mods are all a perersonal preference. It does depend on what type of roading your doing.

Enjoy your jeep !

Welcome to the boards...post pics of your Jeep. I like the Mojave.

As for fuel mananagement/performance....I am waiting on Superchips to have an updated programmer for the 2011 JK. However, if Diablo comes out with 2011 support on their Trinity line, I might get that one.
Either way, it might be awhile.

How are the stock tires in the snow? Worth getting winter tires?

Welcome, nice Jeep

As for mods, keep driving like you are already. Learn what she can and can't do, then make the can't do's into can do's through your mods. Make sure to carry some sort of recovery gear: ******-strap, hi-lift jack, maybe a small shovel etc. And have fun, but by the looks of it, you don't need to be told that. g'luck man
