Sold my 04 last week and got into the 4 door. love it! but i've observed the same. 4 doors don't know the wave. over the weekend and from the drive home from the dealership i think i waved probably about 20 drivers, none waved back. we're losing the wavers out there! i'll keep doing it, maybe more will catch on.
cheers!

Our dealer told us about "the wave" and I said we did it 20 years ago when I had my CJ7. Sometimes I get distracted and the Wife will wave. We have to pay this one off quick cuz we fight over who is going to drive...lol. She needs her OWN!!!

Keep the wave going. Back when I had my 92, everybody waved. Now, 50/50. If you see my wife on the road, look back as she will eventually wave, still freaks her out.

Top marks to the Dealer for informing you on the wave! This mandatory traning really should be done prior to the dealer handing the keys over to your new Jeep.

We just picked up a 2 door mountain 2 weeks ago.Lots of look come our way, some good, and some bad. But whatever. My wife drives it to work every day, and swears that it is the best vehicle we have ever bought.
Always wave, but not returned most times.

Yo Jimbo!
What dealership is telling you they can get 2011 in Detonator Yellow? Just got back from mine and they're telling me it's not available!
