Default New to the Jeep world.....almost!

Hi everyone,
I am 12 days from having my 2014 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited in Hydro Blue! I am very excited about this. I hope the hot weather sticks around in Vancouver thru September so I can enjoy a little top off driving! I'm pricing out some wheels and tires right now. I've decided to go with Toyo Open Country AT II 285/70R17 on some. 17x9 Pro Comp Series 7036 rims! I had Toyo MT's in the last on my Xterra and they were a great tire. I don't want MT's this time around, but really like the Toyo brand.

I will post pics once I pick her up!

Not sure what the law is out in BC regarding winters, but I would consider the general grabber at2s as well. Many of their tire sizes are winter snowflake approved so would be great in winter too. Bang for your buck, a better tire in my opinion.

We don't have any laws on snow tires her, not like in Quebec anyways. I'll look at those tires as an option. Looks like I may be going with a 2015 JKU as the dealership wasn't able to get the other dealer to ship the jeep I wanted. I'm getting employee pricing as my son works at a specific dealership, so I'm buying thru them. Seems the hydro blue JKU's are a little more desirable. But they have a 2015 arriving on Monday from the factory with most of the options I want.

Will it have 3.73 gears?
For me that's a must have option especially if your going to be in the mountains.

You can always find some used 4.10s from a Rubi owner that regeared. Not a big deal.

No big deal??
How much to have them installed?
Most of us don't have the place or knowledge to do it right.

BTW: Non Rubi's have a different front axle.

Congrat's on the new purchase.
Now the wait starts. It will seem longer than it really is.

Forgot it was a Sahara.. my bad. I have issues... I always assume people are talking about Rubi when they're looking at Jeeps. I tend to forget Sahara and Sports exist. Even the Rubi now comes with 3.73s. Can't get 4.10s anymore even if you order one. So dumb.
Congrats on your purchase. Dont forget to wave
