Hi Everyone
I've got a 2010 jk unlimited sport, that I'm looking for a soft top for. I've heard the 2010 tops are different than the earlier designs. Looks like I may purchase an 09 top, but will I run into trouble...leaks and wind noise? I'm not concerned with ease of top up/down workings, just proper fit when installed. Anyone know if this year change is a concern? What build date did they change the tops? How do I tell the difference? Any help will be appreciated. Whats the going price for a "new" soft top in Ontario? Thanks

I went ahead and bought a 09 top for my 10. It had a production date on the boxes of Aug 09. Since it was off a 09 jeep, its probably the old design, but I won't unwrap everything until the spring to find out. As long as it fits (and doesn't leak toooo bad) I'll be happy.

make sure it came with the 2 black metal hinges that mount to roll bar.

I got 2 sealed boxes, one has windows, the other I opened and has door surrounds. The top has a couple of bars coming from it that hinge on a cupped 2 bolt bracket. It looks like these bolt to the inner rear roll bar, accessed under a velcro flap on the padding. Is that what your talking about? Thanks for your input. I do want to make sure everything is here.
