Default Hot water leak? Hot under the hood?

Came home tonight and parked the jeep in garage when I got out I noticed a long trail of liquid, I looked under the jeep and some some dripping liquid around the area where the manifold is.
From what I can tell it's water, Hot water? Where is this coming from?
It was a very hot humid day today, I had the front top panels off and did not use the air conditioning.
The air control button is set on cool and it's was blowing cool air, Not the AC though. Is this just condensation? There is a fair bit of water dripping...
Also, I've noticed that there is extreme heat coming from under the hood, no smoke, nothing, just very very warm. When you lift the hood up you can really feel the heat.
The gage on the dash goes right to the middle of cold and hot. There are no other warnings appearing on the dash...?
We had the jeep for just a week now, she's new!

First thought was the AC, but since you didn't have it on? I'm not sure. No other fluid would be clear though. Was the Defrost on? I believe that would cycle the AC compressor on, which may result in the water.
