Has anybody actually seen a gecko green 2012 wrangler? I've looked online and some of the pictures are deceiving when it comes to the paint colours. Some of the pictures I've seen it looks more lime green while others look more like a pea soup colour. I am interested in this colour, but I want to know what I'd be getting. Does anyone know which photos would be accurate?

I ordered mine last Saturday. Supposed to be here in 8 weeks. I will post a pic when it shows up. Other than the pic in the brochure I don't think a real one out in the wild exists yet.

 

Have looked for this colour as well and am interested in seeing what it actually looks like. You woud think that Jeep would have a true pic on their site when ordering lol. It leads you to believe it is a cool lime green. Looking forward to your pics! Which model of Wrangler did you order and options?

Would have liked a real pic but took a gamble. Hopefully it will look as good as I hope when it shows up. Wanted the half doors but never seen one of them in person either, least an Unlimited model.

Yeah, since I was ordering decided to live a bit and get half doors. They were a no cost option and I was skipping the power windows and locks anyways. I don't think the dealership had ever ordered an Unlimited with half doors before.

That's the only pic I can find online. Looking at that pic makes me wish I still had my Mountain edition....gawd I miss my 2 door!

Ok for those that are wondering how the gecko green looks like in person, IMO....it looks good. I saw 2 heading up on the DVP yesterday on a truck. Someone in the GTA will be taking delivery this weekend!

 

It's a fantastic colour IMHO! It's far more "limey" than I thought which is perfect for me! :)
