FYI - Jeep has issued a TSB for replacing the gas tank on JK's.

The symptoms are gas spitting out of the filler when putting in gas, as the tank is nearly full. Mine did it constantly, spilling maybe a cup of gas everytime. It seems that the roll-over valve is faulty, but cannot be replaced without replacing the whole tank.

Went to the dealer, and they replaced the tank and all is good now. NO CHARGE too!!!

Got one for my 08 Sahara. My daughter DID NOT get one for here 09 Sahara.

Haven't got my notice yet....08 JKU Sahara...will call dealer this week.

Bee nice if they threw is a free full tank of gas for all those times it spit at us :)
