Fixing plastic scratches
I have a 2010 JK with a big scratch on the plastic just below the driver's side window. Any ideas how I can touch this up? I had a friend recommend some clear laquer for plastic but i'm not sure. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

If it's to deep then the scratch is there for good, if it's not to deep then I use a barbque lighter to melt the fine plastic hairs off and the scratch all but goes away. don't hold the flame in one place for long though
