Sweet. Hope you've go the top on for tomorrow's last blast of winter. Can't wait to switch tops soon. Installed a hoist last spring in the garage and it's a quick switch. Thanks for the early season inspiration.

Yeah im going to keep the top on when im not out, i got a carry bag for it that hangs off the back seat. Unfortunately nowhere to put the rear section right now, it was pretty rainy today so i got a free wash which is nice.

I think i might rent out a storage place thats just big enough to put my rear section into, maybe my back seat and store it there when i want to go out for weekend driving and just get a bikini top for when it rains.

Not going to get much warmer then 12C all month according to the weather network.

I don't know if I like the idea of having both hard and soft top, I think sticking with the hard top is the way for me. I will probably be waiting until next month until i take the front panels off again.

Having soft top is completely different experience. If I have a choice ( no winter) i would never have hard top on. Soft top is a way to go.. I love it.

Thats cool, but the soft just doesn't suit my style thats all. Having a 2 door, once you pull the top back the trunk is literally gone. Plus not having that lift gate with the swing gate really makes loading it up a huge pain having to go under the window or unzip it and have it flapping about.

My jeep needs to be fun and practical for everyday life, if the JK wranglers had the same ride quality of the YJs i probably wouldn't have bought one..

I love the softtop and it is worth unzipping the back window. I was gonna sell my softtop the first season as never even put it on. Then the next spring, with all the guys raving about going topless, I thought what the hay, so on went the softtop. Well, long story short, as much of a pain the softtop can be sometimes, I would sooner sell off the hardtop and run softtop all year if I had no room to store it. On the 4th summer now with the softtop and still lovin it..

Yeah, we'll all admit the zippers are a pain in the a$$ to have to deal with, and yes with the top down, gettin' the cooler into the back of a 2dr is a little more work, but hey if you your gonna bitch about a little inconvience, ya should have bought a Kia Hampstermobile (Soul)!

I agree with both of you i do see the good in a soft top, but i like the rear wiper on my hardtop all the time. Its been raining alot, plus i live in an apartment and i dont have anywhere to store the hard top for the summer. But i do like best tops soft top for sure.
