Just wondering if you paid for the extra bumper to bumper warranty to take you to 100,000km and how much did you pay?

 

I took just one extra year, taking me to 80 000km.
I paid only a couple of hundred for it. I kept turning it down over and over. After my meeting with the finance person was nearly over, he offered it for a fraction of the original cost.

I know that the odds are not great that something breaks down during the fourth year, but at that cost I felt it was worth the small level of risk.

I haven't received my Sahara yet, though. Ordered it a month ago and patiently waiting. :)

 

Nice. Finance guy at my dealer only cane down $200 to $1400 so far. If I take it, I'm payimgbout of pocket not financing it. Until they come down to around $500, I'm gonna keep declining.

 

I paid $ 1355, figured I'll need it or didn't want to take any chances....

 

I passed on it on our 2011 4 dr JK but now rethinking it. I've racked up almost 16000 since May. Can't stop driving it!!!

 

I extended to 6yr(3 extra years of bumper to bumper) 140K km, was 2200, this is my daily driver and I am very picky about my suspension and drive train, so I'm sure I'll get my moneys worth.

As an example I extended my bumper to bumper to 5 years on my patriot it cost 1700 but I ended up spending about 3500-4000 in repairs after 4 years 90,000km.
