Hi all
I've had my 2011 Sahara unlimited for about a month now and loving every minute.
I've noticed something I can't figure out. If I enter Jeep( no key in ignition) once door is open tailgate incl) ...maybe 15 seconds later I hear what sounds to me like a very small motor whir then stop behind the dash... kinda sounds like a CD being ejected but no CD in radio..

anyone else hear this? what is it?

 

On my 12 I get the same, I think its the Vent motor.

 

thanks for the feedback.. anyone else? why would vent motors be whiring away ?
Sounds weird that key is out and motors could be whiring ( is that even a word?)

It's the Freshair vent /HVAC closing ... by design
