Hey all, would removing the battery and battery-box facilitate the changing of my EGR valve? Does anyone have any tips for me? '08 Wrangler Unlimited with a 6 speed manual.

Is the vehicle still under warrantee (emission related has different rules) check into it . If not its a pig to get at but there are step by step instructions

The warranty ran out a few years ago. I got it done yesterday. It wasn't as bad as everyone made it out to be. Thanks anyway
