were they installed properly... when you replace suspension components they are supposed to get snugged up and torqued at RIDE HEIGHT!

Its all to common for someone to snug it up while its hanging at full drop on a hoist... the new bushings spring back into the ride height position, if you torque them down at full drop, you just twisting the bushings and they may have failed...

ofcourse not being the installer, and not seeing it, i cant say for certain

Hello vabekn

CrazyWJ242 is correct, in that is where I would start. I've installed a few 4" lifts on JK's and have only had one come back with a problem. what interesting is it also was a rancho lift. was there a pit-man arm drop included? That was my problem, I tighten to spec and it came loose.

How about we start with more info, did you get a wheel alignment done after all of this work, if so what is your castor? what size tires do you have are they new or used tires? how have they been balanced?, I know you don't want to hear stabilizer, but did you up grade it or do you have the stock one on? how long after the lift was installed did the wobble start? more precisely when did it start? And when does the wobble happen? at a certain speed in a certain gear under a certain engine load or all the time after hitting a bump?
lets start from here and work the problem out, by eliminating things we can work our way the the root cause and solve the problem, it's that easy.

First of all, as you have already mentioned vabekn, the steering stabilizer has absolutely nothing to do with death wobble. I still run my stock stabilizer. A few questions to narrow this down..

- What pressure are you running in the tires.
- A bad tire or over inflated tires will initiate the death wobble.
- Do you have stock tires?
- Isolate the problem by removing variables.
- Have you had the alignment checked?
- How accurately were the lower control arms adjusted?
