Just learned Jeep has brought back yellow for 2015. Damm, had no excuse to upgrade to a Rubi cause they did make'em in yellow with painted fenders, now they do.
I can't get to my full door (hung in garage behind LOTS of stuff) to read the paint code for my 2011's Detonator Yellow, but their listing the new Baja Yellow as paint code PYV which I'm almost positive is the exact same code. Anybody got a Detonator yellow jeep who can check the code or has access to paint book, who can verify this for me?
Want to hang onto my half doors but repainting them a 2nd time within a year would be a bummer if the yellows are way different.

[Parked my 2011 Detonator Yellow beside the local dealers 2015 Baja Yellow one and the colours are almost identical. Mind you it was an overcast day so in bright sunlight there maybe more of a difference by not enough to stop me. I pulled the trigger and traded my Sahara "Islander" in for a brand new Rubicon in the Baja Yellow! They say she should are mid January, that'll give me time to repurchase all the stuff I installed on the Sahara. Brought home 5 new DuraTracs (285/70 X 17) last Friday. Ordered in new yellow seat covers and grill accents from Quadratec this morning. Pay day's next Friday so I should be able to put the TireRack order in for new Ultra Mongoose rims (17 X 9)

Thanks, tirerack.com (whom I will purchase them from) has an app that lets you pick out your year of jeep and it's colour and then puts the wheel you choose on it to see how they will look. She looked fabulous.
Canadian dollar managed to grab onto a ledge on it's slide down the currency exchange today so I pulled the gun (the credit card actually) and bought the new bumper.

Just got off the phone with the salesman at the dealership, they were unloading her as we spoke.
Going into town tomorrow to have a peek at her, taking delivery Monday.

I'm outside of Sarnia. Whole town is down with flu/colds, me, the salesman and the finance rep at dealership are all outta action. Delivery has been delayed til tomorrow (Thursday) as it's been slow going trying to see who makes it into the dealership, me or one of them! Cough! cough! wheeze!
