Any 17" tire will fit a 17" rim, how well it does it is the meat of the story. I suggest Google searching "tire size calculator". Search for one that gives a Before and After, side by side, it'll let you punch in your stock tire and then what you want to run. Once in, it'll then calculate the differences between the tires, how much taller, how much wider etc. Some will even tell you how much your speedo will be out too.

width will be the determining factor since both tires are for 17's. as long as your tire and rim width are close (eg. a tire made for a 7.5" wide rim will fit a 7" wide rim) you should be fine... just remember, the section width is not an indication of how wide a rim its made for...
