The header is the front piece of the softtop that clamps to the window frame. In 07, 08 and early 09 the factory softtop header was plastic. Anyone having a problem had it replaced with a steel one under warranty.

The TSB is #23-010-09 APR 09

part #68049276AB

Dealer called today and they talked to their leak guy and he said the wranglers have a bad passenger door gasket and he is going to replace it on Tuesday without even looking at it
Hope this helps

I have done some reseach on other sites and pasted some of the solutions others have found. Please see below Hope this helps. I have an appoinment next week and thought I would take this with me; as my Dealer seems to think this is isolated to only my Jeep.

2011 Rubicon Unlimited 300 miles, just back from the dealership to repair the passenger side floor leak.
I was told they ordered a door seal kit, and when they ordered it, it threw up a flag to contact a couple of Chrysler engineers.
It was said that this flag to contact this engineer appears every time a door kit is ordered, two guys came from corporate they installed the seals and re aligned the door so that the mating drain holes in the door rubber and the roof rubber match.
The following statement is what appears on my service invoice;
Cust, states water leak
Pass front floor is wet after raining.
Water tested and found right front door weather-strip on door leaking due to hard top drain bypassing seal. Replaced right front door weather-strip/seal and aligned the door.
Water tested to verify repair. Recheck again, fine.

I washed the Jeep today at the power wash and it did not leak.
I hope this helps all who have this problem.

After 5 times to dealer, they put foam seal on door seal they claim was missing, I think they forgot to put it back on after previous repair. However it poured today and I went and checked as soon as it stopped and it was dry to my surprise, keeping fingers crossed.... I love my 11' Rubicon. It may have helped to that I took the TSB's I found online for all of the wrangler water leaks and gave them to them, so they knew I knew where the leak issues were and how they were suppose to be fixed, so there was no BS'ing me.

Anyway, they replaced the door seals and here are the part numbers:
55395275AR W/STRIP-DOOR TO BODY
55395274AR W/STRIP-DOOR TO BODY

I know it's total nonsense! The sevice advisor couldn't understand why I was getting upset? Well you tell me you never heard of this; but bring the vehicle back and we will take another look??? I asked what he planned to do, and he said he wasn't sure. I asked if he could do a little reseach and he said he already did and came up with nothing. I feel like ordering the parts and try fixing my self.

Go to the dealer and check all the jeeps in the parking lot we have had enough rain here to prove it

the jeeps are leaking you're lucky if yours does not ,the leak guy here has repaired a lot
its new seals then a cut to allow the water to drain out properly and not on the floor ---dealerships
know ,it just takes 4-5 visits
Mine has now new seals custom cut and is fine
