Canada 08 JK Suspension problems

Newbie. Need advice please.
1st Jeep. I purchased a stock 08 JK Sport X 2door 4WD and have done these mods so far.
Warn elite front bumper and Warn M8000 winch.
Kargo Master congo rack and Bushman full size basket.
BF Goodrich 285/70R17 KO tires on stock rims x6 (2 spares).
Rough Country 2.5" coil spacer lift kit c/w 2.2 shocks.
Rugged ridge skid plate engine/trans plate.
Rough Country evaporator skid plate.
1st ride the drivers side engine skid plate bracket was hitting the drive shaft u-joints when i braked. Rough Country sent me a narrower bracket which is much better but still hits the u-joints once and awhile.
1st trail ride i added about 200 lbs to the roof basket and about 150 lbs in gear in the back cargo area.
Anyways the jeep drives fine on the paved roads but once i,m off road it's rolling in every direction like a boat in rough seas.
Questions.
Do i need to replace the shocks and keep the 2.5' coil lift or keep the shocks and replace the coils or both.
Appreciate the help as this is my first posting and hopefully i did it right!

Your center of gravity is too high. Take ALL the heavy stuff out of the roof basket and place it as low as you can.

Sounds like your springs are too soft for what you expect them to do.. Get new heavier coil springs, preferably not Rough Country..

TeraFlex is my favorite but I also use Rock Krawler. We just installed 2 TeraFlex lifts this weekend and one of those was on a similarly outfitted 2dr..
