Hello: I have just been given a jeep wj as a gift it is in great shape but i dont know much about it. I have already put on a 3.5'' lift and got the tires on back order. I would like to know what rear end would it be on a 1999 Laredo 6I Select-Trac?? I know front is a Dana 30 but would rear be Dana 44 or Dana 35? any help would be great thank you.

hey man sorry I forget what rear end it has. What kind of 3.5 inch lift did you go with tho?

Take the last 8 digits of your VIN to the parts department of the dealer. they can look up all the info for you. But, most of these came with Dana 35C's. some rare ones have Dana 35's, which is a semi-float axle.

If you have the 4.0L then you have the Dana 35

ah yes, I stand corrected. 99' with Select trac = Dana 35. D44 was optional that year but only if you had QuadraDrive. very rare I would think.
