Does anybody have any suggestions for a winch bumper for my 97 Grand

Buy some metal, cut, grind, weld,,repeat till finished.

If you don't have the facilities to do that try kevinsoffroad, icelandoffroad, rusty's, rockyroad. There are quite a few places that make bumpers for the ZJ's.
