In the very near future I will be selling my 1998 ZJ Laredo 4.0L 4x4 . I has 236,000km on her, Over all in excellent shape. What it needs.. Not much really, a muffler, sway bar links in the front, and an alignment, and the front door pins need replacing (I have the parts) A/C blows ice cold (new evap core) all brakes were done about 5000km ago (pads and rotors) trans was rebuilt about 40,000km ago, Front U joints and front hub bearings done the same time as the brakes. It has a couple of small common rust spots, a very small spot on the hood, and one on the tailgate. I will not be selling it with these rims and tires though, unless someone spends the extra cash to convince me to not put them on my Limited. So I am not looking for an exact number, but an idea. I see many in this shape or rougher for around the $3000 to $4000 area, which is crazy if you ask me. I am thinking about asking $2000 obo. Does this sound reasonable??

 

definitely sounds reasonable for sure, a bit of rust never hurt nobody and can get patched up pretty easily... find a kid whos looking at getting their first jeep and you'd probably have a real quick sell for sure.

 

If the interior looks like the outside and the engine still runs well that's a steal for 2000.

 

Oh yeah the interior is in excellent shape,and cleans up very very well. And she still runs and drive out great, other then the alignment, which you don't notice all that bad. The only real reason for selling is I always wanted a V8 version after I bought this one 5 years ago. So now that I have a Limited with the V8 I have to pass this flame onto the next owner, as I can't afford both, wish I could mind you.
