Hello,
I have a 1996 grand cherokee laredo 4.0l with a 2" spacer lift , and skyjacker shocks . The rest is all stock. I currently have 225 75 15 on the stock rims. My question is what is the biggest tire that will fit, as is ? Also, any suggestions on a good "all terrain"tire ? Thanks

 

30"x9.5"x15".....General Grabber AT2's or BFG AT's or if you wan't major miliage, but not quite as good in the mud, you can't go wrong with Michelin LTX's

 

i would have the guys at the tire shop try em but i think you will get 31x10.50x15's in there. they might rub at full steer and if you decide to do much wheelin and get lots of articulation they could also rub, but i think you'll be ok with the 2 inch lift and the 31's. as for what kind, depends on what you want. in the mud some of the best tires going are BFG MT's and i get lots of mileage out of them. they look great too, just remember white letters in.
