Ticking noise

Ticking noise
I have a 2021 Grand Cherokee Altitude. It’s making a weird ticking noise that sounds like it’s coming from behind the emergency brake.
it’ll do 1tick when you push on the gas pedal from a stop.
it’ll do this ticking noise when driving. The ticking stops when you take your foot of the gas.
the Jeep mechanics have NO idea what’s causing it and the got the engineers and tech from FCA involved and it’s still not fixed.
it was just at the dealership for a month and that was he 4th time it’s been there for this issue.
