Fault Code 700 - what is this in lay mans terms

Default Fault Code 700 - what is this in lay mans terms

Got the fault code 700, when i disconnected the battery, it still showed, as did the CHECK ENGINE -
If its connected, the silver plate was removed from the truck last fall

If you mean code P0700 you'll need to take it to someone with a DRBIII machine to check it properly. The MIL is activated over the bus systen from the EATX system
It usually caused by either an input or output speed sensor going south on you.

My book lists it as a transmission control system malfunction.
