Door swap 96 door onto 93 body. Arg!

Door swap 96 door onto 93 body. Arg!
Had a latch problem on old door on my 93 Grand Cherokee. Ordered a new door from "reputable" wrecker. Showed up a 96. Swapped out door and removed old harness and trim.
Went to reinstall old trim. Doesn't fit, nor does my lock. Now what? Ideas? The trim and harness is different on those years. I can't get a 93 door anywhere. Hmm. My woman not happy and Im getting bummed.
