Clunking noise service bulletin
Hello....do you guys hear clunking noise from the rear / trunk of your 2011 - 2013 JGC? There was a service bulletin out in the States. I hear the noise in my 2012 Overland but haven't heard of any recalls / service bulletin in Canada.

There very well could be a bulletin out here in Canada however they typically vary from VIN# and vehicle options/equipment.
If you can get your Grand Cherokee into the dealer for a test drive/search the VIN they should be able to help.
Worst case, if you can call the Service Manager at your servicing dealer with the VIN#, they should be able to look that up for you.
Let me know how you make out.
