Default A/C issue in 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude

I recently purchased a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, but noticed the A/C is sub-par...first off pressing the "AUTO" mode followed by setting the temperature does not blast the fan with cold air and the fan stays on its lowest setting of "1" (1-7 range),,,,hence the fan needs to be cranked up, then with autostop when you are stopped behind a car or at the light the A/C blows warmer air...?...going to garage next week but disappointed on the A/C, rest of the vehicle is great.

Ok...so the technician & service manager told me that the emissions have changed the standard on the refrigerator/coolant to not become quite as cool to prior 2016 (maybe just on the Cherokees?)....no real explanation for the "auto" mode not really doing its job, but perhaps at the lowest temperature it kicks the fan more, and the start/stop will not be running the a/c condenser when stopped, hence the warm air...they did reset the HVAC, looked for any flash updates, tested the vents, but essentially spent 2 hours but to tell me this is how it works on the new models, and someone who came in with the same vehicle as me admitting to observing the same with the a/c when I asked him...never thought I would think this would kind of be a limitation on this vehicle...thoughts?
