I need to install my Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller in my new Grand Cherokee. Can anyone provide a photo of a similar installation? There are several YouTube videos showing an installation below the plastic rim of the dash above the gas pedal but I find that area hard to reach if I need to manually apply the brake in an emergency. I would like to try putting it to the left of the airbag door below the headlight switch but am concerned it might affect airbag deployment.
