Default 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Engine noise HELP!

My 2011 Grand Cherokee started to make an engine noise, I'll uploaded a video to YouTube here:

The SUV only has 50,000 kms on it, I'm stumped on what it could be. It's the V6 engine and the only mod is the K&N intake.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I hate to state the obvious, but, it must be still under warranty. That being said I would also be curious. Best thing to do is get hold of a stethyscope and go round it to try to isolate it. to me it sounds like a timing chain noise but my computer speakers are not exactly hifi. I've also heard alternators make a similar noise.

It's a rebuilt, so there's no warranty on it. Thanks for the info... I'll get my mechanic to look at it again.

If anyone else has any input please send it my way.

Thanks in advance!
