Default 2 questions

Hey guys, i have an '04 WJ LTD... my questions are:

1. when i'm on the highway and set the cruise at any speed(usually 110 km/h) the revs start surging about 400 rpm, it doesn't do it when the cruise is off... Bad vacuum maybe? TPS? kinda sucks driving for 7 hours without cruise!

2. i have a 2" Teraflex BB installed and i want intstall trailer hitch so i can pull a camper... will there be any problems installing the hitch with the BB installed?

Thanks for you help in advance

Check the vacuum line for the cruise control it may be a starting to crack, and you won't have any problems with the hitch and a lift.

its the vacuum line that runs to your cruise control module, which is located underneath your battery box/ passenger headlight area. there should be an electrical connector, and 2 lines running to it, one is attached to the throttle linkage, (this is what holds it in place while your on cruise) and an air hose that is attached to the manifold... this hose goes along the passenger side, links up with something at the firewall, then crosses to the passenger side, and comes down onto the very last attachment on the outside of the intake manifold.

there's a lot of connections to be checking, and easy way would be to fire it up and listen for that vacuum leak along those areas (a sucking hissy noise...)
