Im lookin to put a skid plate on my 94 XJ, I don't know much about them, is there any brands to avoid?

 

Protection is important. Skid Row Offroad makes good skid plates for XJs. Depending on your budget you can prioritize some parts before others. You will find some to protect the transfer case, engine, transmission, gas tank and so on.... Look on Quadratec web site, the descriptions of the parts for sale are usually well done. Then try to find a 4x4 center near your place where you can order and save on the customs. I am pretty sure someone on the forum near your location would recommend a good store. There is a National 4WD in Fort St.John BC, don't know if it's close from where you are.
