Default PCM Misery

I just replaced my PCM in my 98 cherokee with a used pcm (4.0L/Auto 211KM), Wonderful it starts and runs again. The original pcm was a 534AF the new/used pcm is a 534AD. It now sets up a couple of codes on the OBD11 reader. Does anyone know if there will be any major screw ups using this pcm.

ThanksRick M.

Which codes are coming up? If it becomes a major problem you could always get Dodge to re-flash the PCM for you.

Have them flash(reset) the computer to see if the problems were from the prior vehicle. If the codes still come up you may want to find out what changed between the AD and AF revision levels. Does anyone know what changed between those revisions?
